During their recent holiday, my parents had an amazing experience with Emirates. The staff's quickness, friendliness, and attention to detail were outstanding from the first time they contacted the Lisbon office for help with their reservations.

They were carefully led through the entire process by the crew, who made sure that all of their preferences were satisfied. They made my parents feel welcome and appreciated as clients with their generosity and readiness to assist. The personnel was polite and accommodating even when last-minute questions were asked, and they gave accurate and timely information.

My folks had a great time on the actual flight. The cabin crew's attentiveness, the excellent in-flight service, and the seat comfort were all commended. The seamless boarding and check-in procedures made their trip even more enjoyable.
