Recently, I had the pleasure of flying from  Spirit Airlines Detroit Office and I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Detroit office for their excellent service. The personnel at the terminal was hospitable, courteous, and extremely professional from the moment I arrived. The check-in procedure went smoothly and quickly, and the agents went above and above to cheerfully help travelers. I was traveling with a small child, and one staff person in particular saw this and graciously assisted us in moving through the line fast, which greatly reduced the stress of the whole situation.

By keeping everything tidy and clearly expressing all directions, the gate agents made boarding easy and pleasant. Their tolerance and upbeat demeanor, particularly on a hectic travel day, were greatly appreciated. It was energizing to witness such commitment and sincere concern for travelers.

The Spirit crew in Detroit truly impressed me with their ability to foster a welcoming and upbeat environment, which is crucial when flying. My encounter was not only easy but also delightful because of their timeliness, expertise, and friendliness.
